Returns
Did you buy the wrong product or are you not satisfied? No problem, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Please register your return using the contact form at the bottom of this page , clearly indicating which products you're returning. This way, I know where the return originated and can process it more quickly.
Ordered the wrong product?
Did you order the wrong product? Then place a new order with the correct item. You can then return the incorrectly ordered product (at your own expense). In this case, don't forget to fill out the form so I can process your return correctly.
Return costs
As a small business owner, I unfortunately cannot reimburse the shipping costs for a return.
- Within the Netherlands a return costs around €4.20 and €6.95.
- Outside the Netherlands, costs may be higher.
Condition of the products
I only accept returns that are in their original, unwashed, and clean condition. This way, I can happily offer them to another customer. If products are returned otherwise, I unfortunately cannot accept them. In that case, I will always contact you and send the products back (at your expense).
Personalized products & customization
I create custom-made and personalized products especially for you. Therefore, unfortunately, these cannot be returned. If there is a problem, please let me know – we'll work together to find a solution.
Complaint
We take complaints or comments about our products very seriously. Do you have a problem or are you dissatisfied with something? Send an email to klantenservice@littlebotaniclabel.nl and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Refund
Once I've received your return, I'll refund the purchase price as soon as possible. I'll process your return within 5 business days.
