Orders and payments
The following payment options can be chosen:
Payments via IDEAL, PayPal, Applepay, Googlepay, VISA and Mastercard.

Dispatch
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
Shipments are made via PostNL and DHL.

There are no shipping costs to the Netherlands for orders over 35 euros.
Little Botanic cannot be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods during shipment via PostNL or DHL. We make every effort to package the goods as securely and safely as possible.

Right to cancel the purchase of the goods
The consumer has the right to inform the seller that they are canceling their purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery. The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and instructions. If the returned product has been diminished in value in any way, Little Botanic Label reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim damages for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the Customer's handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. All returned items are carefully inspected. The principle here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as they would in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but must not be used. If an item has diminished in value due to use by the Customer, this will be charged to the Customer. The buyer must return the product to the seller within 14 calendar days in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original tags and in its original packaging. The seller agrees to refund the purchase price paid by the buyer for the product (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt of the product, in order to provide another product in its place.

If the product is not returned correctly in accordance with the foregoing, the seller will not be obligated to pay any amount, and the product remains the property of the buyer. The buyer can then retrieve it from the seller within 14 days, or, at the buyer's express request, it can be returned to the buyer at their own expense. The risk of returning the product, as well as the costs of returning it, are borne solely by the buyer.
Exchange

Items purchased through the Little Botanic label webshop can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and includes all original tags. Worn, soiled, smoked, washed, damaged, or repaired items are non-returnable. For further information, see Article 4.
We also ask you to inform us within 5 working days that you wish to exchange a product.
The costs and risk of returning the products lie solely with the buyer.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect that the product has been damaged by the customer, has already been used, or if the reasons are unfounded.
Sale or promotional products cannot be exchanged.

Complaints
We try to describe the offered items as accurately as possible and to illustrate them using photographs.
If any typographical errors (material errors, mistakes) occur, this is due to a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.
Colors in the photos may also differ slightly from the real colors.
The settings and quality of your screen can influence this, as can the incidence of light.
We cannot accept exchanges based on color deviations.
If you have any doubts about a particular product or would like further information, you can always contact us for more information.
We also reserve the right to adjust our prices.
We also make every effort to check our products as thoroughly as possible for any errors or defects.
We make every effort to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints.
We cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of our products.

Warranty
As required by legal provisions, our products also come with a legal guarantee.
If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must notify the seller of this within 7 days following delivery.
Any compensation for this can never exceed the amount invoiced/paid to the buyer. Normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional changes made to the product by the buyer, failure to provide an invoice or valid proof of payment, and various negligence are explicit, but not exhaustive, exceptions to the aforementioned warranty system.

Sale items and Outlet
No discount codes or additional promotions are available on items sold in our outlet collection or items on sale.

Privacy
My customers' data.
These data will not be shared with third parties. Little Botanic label may use this information to promote its products and services. Participants have the right to access their data and can request its correction or deletion by sending an email to [email address missing].

Property rights
No data or photos from our site may be copied or used without our express permission.
